The University Community Business Association’s Hardhat Tours is switching to an in-person event for the summer! University District businesses and association members are invited to a private tour of the new buildings and public spaces at Campus Partners’ 15+High development project.

Featuring restaurants, bars, retail and new gathering spaces, the project will transform The Ohio State Univeristy’s front door to the community. WOSU’s new headquarters will be an anchor to the mixed-use development that will also include a future hotel and parking structure.

Those joining the tour will get an insider’s view of the new buildings and insight on the design inspiration of the new public plaza. Limited space is available so please RSVP.

Yolanda is proud to serve as the Director of Organizational Development and the Interim Director of Clinical Services for North Community Counseling Centers. Yolanda is an EMDR-trained therapist, who specializes in helping individuals overcome the traumas they experience in life. She has a passion for educating the community on mental health issues and advocating for those on their path to recovery. Thanks to Chad and Amaya for their endless support.

A University District tradition! The Winter Celebration is hosted in partnership with the University District Organization, University Community Business Association, University Area Commission, University District Special Improvement District, and the University Community Association. It provides a time of reflection on the year’s accomplishments and a glimpse of what is to come! Enjoy the season with your University District neighbors, businesses, and community partners. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided.

Featuring: Convergence of the Blocks
"Your dream is my memory," by Rory Krupp - a tactical art piece commissioned for the University District Arts & Character Plan. The art piece will be assembled and revealed during this year's Winter Celebration. A community-engaged project, the work will bring together one hundred University District participants to form a completed wood block mosaic.
