Open Air Armchair Hardhat Tour
Virtual Tour: Open Air School Historic Renovation
The historic "Columbus Open Air School", built in 1928, is being renovated into a local community hub. Located in the Tuttle Park neighborhood at Neil and Hudson, this new project will feature restaurants, office space, and other small tenants such as a Butcher Shop Fitness Center. This project is partially funded through historic preservation tax credits, which help developers to preserve and breathe new life into historically significant buildings. Join us to hear the developer (Kelley Companies), learn about the project, and take a virtual tour through the buildings' spaces.
