Time for an Upgrade: New 311 Website & App
The City of Columbus launched a refresh of their 311 website and a new mobile application called CBUS 311. The new app is quick and convenient to submit any service requests 24/7.
All existing 311 account holders will need to set-up a new account. You can do this through www.Columbus.Gov/311 or the new CBUS 311 mobile app. This update comes with an enhanced online experience from unique response fields to pin drop accuracy to help locate where city services are needed.
New to 311? This is your one stop shop for all non-emergency City services. 311 connects you to the services you need and helps to answer your questions. You can also talk to a Customer Service Representative during normal business hours at 614-645-3111.
