Pelino’s Pasta Grand Opening August 5!

Pelino’s Pasta brings authentic Italian cuisine to the University District Thursday, August 5th!

What started as a festival pop-up is turning into a ma-and-pop restaurant, handcrafted with love, setting down roots where Yellow Brick Pizza used to be. The owners and husband-and-wife couple, Vinny and Christina Pelino, are thrilled to finally settle in a stationary location. Vinny, the executive chef, has worked in the food industry since age 19, and it’s been his long-time dream to open up a restaurant featuring food from his culture using traditional recipes & ingredients. Christina, the “pastry chef extraordinaire,” spent time in France and has been inspired ever since to create complex and beautiful desserts. Together, this power couple sets to elevate dining to an authentic, simple-yet-artful experience.
