The Wellington Building Opens With Its First Business Tenants

The Wellington is nearing completion with its first new businesses opening last week. Target was first to come on board and occupies 28,000 s.f. on the first floor. Though it may be smaller than your typical store it still has an impressive product selection.

It includes a large array housewares, clothing, fresh groceries, electronics, and full service CVS/pharmacy. An in-store Starbucks cafe lets you grab some coffee while you shop or take a break in between classes.

Huntington Bank returns a branch to its original location situated at the corner of North High Street at East 17th Avenue.  Welcome back!

Both East 16th Avenue and East 17th Avenue are now open to two-way vehicular traffic. Street parking is located on both of these side streets. Streetscape work will be finishing up shortly and the next business for the Wellington Building, Chik-fil-A, is scheduled to be open in mid-August.
