Featuring: Selfie Town 614!

The University District is proud to feature Selfie Town 614, owned by entrepreneur sisters: Simon'e Lightfoot and LaTasha Pannell. Both OSU alumnas and business owners, these sisters bring experience, creativity, and fun to the neighborhood. You can find “your most instagramable moments here at Selfie Town” with 16 different interactive backdrops and equipment to create your favorite selfies. All the scenes come included in the selfie-guided tour package, as well as the use of ring lights to give your photos that extra edge. Looking for a unique way to celebrate? Selfie Town provides private photoshoots and events outside normal business hours. There’s never a dull moment when you’re here – the space switches out for new backdrops every quarter so you can keep your photos fresh. Of the 16 sets, LaTasha’s current favorite backdrop is the bathtub scene and Simon’e’s favorite is the donut wall. In addition to interactive scenes & props, Selfie Town offers 360 Photo Booth rentals so you can bring the fun of Selfie Town to your next event.

When these entrepreneurial sisters aren’t creating new scenes for selifes, they are operating their other businesses. Simon’e owns a clothing store called The Phoenix Collection and LaTasha has an agency called Agape Care which works with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Selfie Town is the “brainchild” of two human-centered businesswomen who are bringing the thrill of selfie museums to Columbus in the heart of the University District. Selfie Town 614 is located on High & Hudson right next to Little Caesar’s.
