New Diversity Murals at Gateway
Several partners came together to commission a newly installed public art project that can be currently viewed at Gateway. Four murals were installed by harnessing the talent of student artists and their reflection on diversity at the Ohio State University and in the Univeristy District neighborhoods.
The project was spearheaded by student volunteers participating in the Non-Profit Immersion Program who are paired up with non-profit organizations in Columbus. The Neighborhood Design Center helped guide the student efforts to engage important discussions in diversity and bring the murals to fruition. Go see these four impactful murals for yourself (safely) - they are all outside!
