Road Closures Along Pearl Street, 14th Avenue

Beginning Monday, December 10 and continuing through late December, construction fencing will be installed around the 15+HIGH site in preparation for project infrastructure work. Pearl Street, between 14th Avenue and 16th Avenue, will close. 14th Avenue, west of Pearl Street, as well as parking along this section of roadway, will close.

Those seeking on-street parking for businesses near 14th Avenue are encouraged to use the new meters on the east side of High Street between 12th Avenue and 14th Avenue.

The fencing and associated closures will remain in place through the completion of 15+HIGH. Fencing will also be removed at this time. Detour signage will be on-site. Delays in the area are anticipated as motorists and pedestrians adjust to alternate routes. Dates are weather dependent and subject to change.
