Ten local artists will paint sidewalks adjacent to the storm drain on the east side of High Street from North Oakland down to 11th Avenue.

This initiative is part of FLOW’s “Only Rain Down the Drain” campaign to raise awareness about storm drain pollution through environmental art activism.
