Arts & Character Plan History Workshop

  • King Avenue United Methodist Church 299 King Avenue Columbus, OH, 43201 United States (map)

The University District Organization (UDO) will be gathering input from the public to create concepts on public space design, public art opportunities, and informative displays. The planning process, referred to as placemaking, will examine the University District’s arts scene, history, culture, and other assets to provide a basis to the concept ideas. Recommendations will extend beyond typical wall murals and explore design possibilities for such things as streetscape elements that enhance the identity of University District neighborhoods.
