In case you hadn't heard, the Mark Bradford exhibition has been held over at the Wexner Center until October 10, 2010, marking a two-month extension of this critically acclaimed show. It's the first museum survey devoted to the work of one of the leading figures in contemporary art, and features Bradford's highly textured, multilayered paintings made with various kinds of papers, found materials, nylon string, caulking, and more. Called "stunning profound and powerful" by The Columbus Dispatch, this exhibition has attracted the attention of The New York Times, Artforum, Vogue, Frieze, and other national outlets. Catch it while you can: after its debut run in Columbus, it will tour to major museums in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco.
