I am trying to sublease my apartment at the Harrison Apartments on West Lane Ave. - The apartment has 6 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with double sinks. - I am only subleasing my room, and it is one of the larger rooms with the dimensions of 15 x 10 - The entire apartment is fully furnished. Each bedroom includes a bed, desk and large closets with mirrors. - The kitchen has all appliances ( fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave etc ) including a breakfast bar with stools. - They offer 24 hour security, along with laundry facilities that are also open 24 hours. - There is a fitness center and a computer lab, and a media lounge somewhat similar to a movie theatre. - You can have your own parking spot in the buildings parking lot for a small fee each quarter. - They offer individual leases, either a 10 month or 12 month lease. There is a tanning bed for residents use only, a movie theatre room, 24 hour fitness center, a recreational room, a pool, hot tub, a sand volleyball court, a parking garage. There is washer dryer in unit, you would have your own bathroom and bedroom to yourself (private side). There are 2 other girls living in this apartment also. The apartment is fully furnished too! Rent is 560 a month with all of these great amenities and more as well as all utilities except electric, which tends to run about 30 bucks a month!
